Pingdroid, which you’ve suggested, is very beta. I would not recommend this app. right now. The registration process was extensive enough that I dropped it after one time use. User interface is simply not there and registration process is vague.

I went through several apps that post to multiple networking sites VERY quickly. There’s a lot of weak stuff out there. I settled on “socialblast” for android. It’s cute and easy/ enjoyable to use.
